What it shows

The ALT/BTC Radar is a Premium page that ranks altcoins by their strength against Bitcoin. It uses the highest-volume BTC pairs on Binance. The goal is relative strength, not return in dollars. A time window switch changes the period, from one day to about one month. Summary cards show how many pairs beat BTC, how many lose to it and the median return. A top movers block shows the three strongest and three weakest pairs. A streak band shows pairs that kept beating or trailing BTC for consecutive days. A table lists all pairs with winner, loser and streak filters, and each coin opens a detail view with its BTC pair chart.

How to read it

Pick a time window and keep it the same while you compare coins. Start with the summary cards to see how many pairs beat BTC and where the median sits. A median above zero means the typical altcoin did better than Bitcoin in that window. Then read the streak band. A long streak means the coin kept its direction against BTC, but it does not say the streak will continue. Open a coin to check its BTC pair chart before you rely on a table value.

  1. Select a time window and keep it fixed while you compare coins.
  2. Read the share of winners and the median return in the summary cards.
  3. Filter the table by winners, losers or streaks, then open a coin.

What to keep in mind

The page covers BTC pairs on one exchange, not the whole altcoin market. Relative strength can be high because Bitcoin fell, not because the altcoin rose. A small coin can show a large move on low liquidity. Streaks describe the past and do not show that a coin will continue to beat Bitcoin. Data refreshes at intervals, so the page is not a live quote screen.

A missing value is not zero. Check the source and time under each data block before you compare numbers.

Questions

What does ALT/BTC strength mean?

It compares an altcoin’s price change with Bitcoin’s price change over the same period. An altcoin that beats BTC gains more or loses less than Bitcoin. It is a relative measure and says nothing about the return in dollars.

Which time windows does the radar use?

A switch at the top of the page selects the window. The choices range from one day to about one month. The summary cards, top movers, streaks and table all follow the selected window. Changing the window can change the ranking.

Do I need Premium to use the ALT/BTC Radar?

Yes. The ALT/BTC Radar is listed among the Premium pages. Sign in with an account that has Premium access to open the summary cards, the streak band and the pair table. Plan details are in the app.
